This agreement is a legal contract between you and Green VPN (the “Service Provider”) regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile VPN/accelerator application (the “App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions, service scope, or fees and will notify users through appropriate channels. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting may reduce system security and affect App functionality.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you may also be bound by those providers’ own terms.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid mobile accounts, data limits, weak signals, carrier restrictions, or roaming charges. Data fees, roaming fees, and third-party communication charges are the user’s responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. We try to provide accurate routing information and stable access, but some network conditions are affected by third-party data centers, carriers, and platform policies. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install new versions when necessary. The Service Provider may lawfully suspend or terminate service; after termination, the related usage license ends.

Non-Refund Policy: Software services, license keys, or digital benefits are generally final once delivered and activated.

Customer Support: If you experience connection, installation, or account issues, contact support and we will assist with troubleshooting.

Technical Issues: Individual network conditions may affect experience. We will try to resolve issues or provide alternatives, but a technical issue alone does not automatically create a refund right.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if an account, license key, or digital benefit is shared, resold, or abused.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy after publication on the website, with changes taking effect upon posting.
