This Privacy Policy explains how Green VPN (referred to as “this Service” or “we”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you download, install, or use the mobile application (referred to as “the App”). The Service is provided as available, and we take reasonable steps to protect your privacy under this policy.

When you launch the App, we may collect necessary operational data such as Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection status, and session duration. To recommend suitable nodes and improve connection quality, we may also process approximate location information. These data are used for: 1. Node recommendation based on Green VPN network availability; 2. Performance optimization through aggregated anonymous diagnostics; 3. Service notices related to updates, security, or account status.

We transmit aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, only for crash analysis, performance statistics, and feature improvement. We do not share personal information with third parties except where required by law, regulatory process, protection of users or property, fraud investigation, or confidential service-provider operations. You may stop new collection by uninstalling the App through your device standard process.

User-provided data is retained during the active service period and a reasonable grace period thereafter. To cancel your account or request deletion of personal profile data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover mistaken collection from this group, we will delete the information as soon as reasonably possible. Guardians may also contact us at the same email address.

This Privacy Policy may be updated for legal, regulatory, or service reasons. Please review this page periodically. Continued use after changes are published means acceptance of the revised policy.
